Terms and conditions govering the use of the Finnish Craftnet Marketing Network’S website

The Finnish Craftnet Marketing Network represents high standard crafts design and forms a marketing place for arts and crafts products and services on the Internet.

These terms and conditions shall be applied in the website belonging to the Finnish Crafts Organization (hereinafter the Finnish Crafts Organization) at www.taitoverkko.fi (hereinafter “the service”). Should the user not accept these terms and conditions, he/she shall be required to immediately cease making use of the service.

The service involves material protected by copyright and registered trade marks. The user shall not, without prior written permission from the Finnish Crafts Organization or the owner of the said rights, present, distribute, publish, copy, make available to the public, or otherwise benefit from, the website, parts of it, or trade marks and identification marks appearing on the website.

The service pages are supplied as they are. The Finnish Crafts Organization provides no guarantee that the service can be used without interruption or malfunctioning. The Finnish Crafts Organization accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of rights caused by any service or its interruption. The Finnish Crafts Organization reserves the right to alter the service’s pages or to restrict access to them.

Links to websites maintained by the Finnish Crafts Organization’s member companies or other third parties may exist in the service. Such linked websites are not under the control of the Finnish Crafts Organization a nd the Finnish Crafts Organization cannot be held responsible for these websites, nor for the information provided by them to which access is gained through the links given on the Finnish Crafts Organization’s own website.

The service may feature announcements, advertisements, or other material produced by the Finnish Crafts Organization’s member companies or other third parties. The Finnish Crafts Organization will not act as an intermediary between the service user and third parties in court cases, and neither does the Finnish Crafts Organization accept any responsibility at all for the content of advertisements on the Finnish Craftnet Marketing Services’ website, nor for the faultlessness of the products or services offered by, or available through, the advertisements, nor for the accuracy of the information applying to these.
