TAITO CRAFTNET -PROJECT 2004-2007
The Taito Craftnet 2 project was part of the Crafts Entrepreneurship Development Programme, which the Finnish Crafts Organization implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry in 2000–2007. The Taito Craftnet project measures have focused on promoting the e-commerce skills of crafts entrepreneurs and Taito company advisers, developing training services and producing new learning materials, and producing content for and developing the Craftnet Internet service as well as communications. The focus group of the project consists of crafts enterprises and the company advisers and webmasters of crafts associations as well as experts in the field. The project ran from 1 February 2004 to 30 April 2007 and it was financed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the European Social Fund (ESF).
